Digital product

Novaxware is a digital license delivered electronically after payment. No physical goods are shipped. Access credentials, downloads, and updates are provided through the checkout and delivery system operated by zadeyo.

Licenses

• Each license is for personal use on one machine unless support approves a transfer.
• Sharing, reselling, or publicly leaking credentials, builds, or loader files is prohibited.
• Monthly plans grant access for the stated billing period. Lifetime plans grant ongoing access while the product is maintained, subject to these terms.
• We may revoke access without refund for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.

Refunds

Because Novaxware is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase if you hit a technical blocker you cannot resolve with the included setup guide.

Prohibited misuse

• Scraping or overloading site infrastructure without permission.
